Michelle came to me last year looking to create something different, cool, & fun for her wedding flowers! She definitely came to the right place! For her bouquet, we stayed somewhat traditional by using primarily white & ivory flowers with accents of spring green. Her bouquet consisted of peonies, garden roses, rannuculus, & viburnum. Incorporated into the bouquet was the bride's rosary.
The bridesmaids wore aqua hued dresses. Their bouquets were an assortment of spring green blooms. We used cymbidium orchids, fuji poms, hydrangea, & bear grass.
The centerpieces were awesome! We used a glass cylinder filled with curly willow branches & orchids submerged under water. Happily living amongst the flowers was a goldfish! Do you see him in the photo above? The vases were lit from the bottom with a disc light.
Here is a picture of the centerpiece lit, but no fish yet! Isn't it cool!? The wedding was held at Queen of the Holy Rosary in Overland Park, KS. The reception was at 1617 Event Space in Kansas City, MO.
